About Me

I grew up in Atlanta and moved back to the city to be near family after completing my residency training. I have been practicing in the Atlanta area since 2002, and I was very excited to join Kaiser Permanente in 2017. My family consists of my wonderful husband, our three children and our turtle. I have always wanted to practice medicine. I am a loving and compassionate person, and family medicine seemed like the natural choice for me. I love speaking and connecting with our members. I especially like getting to know people and trying to get to the root of their health problem.

About my practice

In the Adult Medicine Department, we take care of your primary care needs. I see members for physicals, PAPs, diabetic care, hypertension, asthma management, joint injections, colds and flu, just to name a few. I try to listen to our members and really hear what they have to say, as I believe that you know your body better than anyone else. I am compassionate and empathetic. I always keep an open mind and I do not judge.

How I thrive

I spend most of my free time with family. I enjoy riding bikes, swimming or going to the park with my husband and kids. I love catching up at the end of the day with my kids. As they are growing up, they have such interesting perspectives on life, politics and the world. I exercise regularly and participate in community service. I find that it is very important to stay positive in life.
