About Me
Raised in a small farming community in Nebraska, I bring Midwest values and honest answers to the often complex experience of medicine. I am grateful to practice orthopedic surgery because it allows me to help people limited by arthritic pain return to activities they have always enjoyed. I was honored to be recognized as a 5280 Magazine Top Doctor in 2019.
About my practice
My practice focuses primarily on hip and knee replacement surgeries for the treatment of arthritic pain. I have advanced training in both primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty surgeries. In addition to treating the symptoms, my goal is to educate the patient on the process as we proceed with treatment options.
How I thrive
When I'm not being energized by helping people get back to their active lifestyles, I'm energized by living my life to the fullest. My wife, 2 children, and I try to take advantage of all that Colorado and the mountain west have to offer. We love going to sporting events, experiencing Denver itself, exploring the mountains, and finding inspiration for my personal hobby - wood working.
