About Me
Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to tell you a little about my training and myself. I enjoy working at Kaiser Permanente and serving our members, and I look forward to assisting you in caring for your health.
Biography
I was born and raised in China and received my medical degree there. I came to the United States in 1989 to be with my husband who was earning his graduate degree. I finished my graduate studies in the Midwest then followed my husband to Los Angeles, where he did his postdoctoral work and I did my residency training. We fell in love with San Diego after one visit and decided to stay. We have two boys. I enjoy being with my family, reading, and walking.
About my practice
As your personal physician, I want to be your partner in health, and it helps me better care for you when you take an active role in caring for yourself. Healthy living and preventive care are two of the best ways to stay well, but I’m also here to help if you should get sick.
How I thrive
Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I enjoy vacation trips with my family. I eat a healthy diet rich in vegetables and fruits. I cook our meals daily. I walk and hike regularly. I also enjoy watching Korean drama shows.
