About Me

I was raised in Santa Barbara, Calif. I attended college in Boston and Madrid, Spain and eventually graduated from University of California-Santa Barbara in 1991 with my bachelor’s degree. After working as a Spanish interpreter in a women's clinic, I realized I wanted to become a physician assistant and so graduated in 1999 from Western University of Health Sciences. After, I moved to Colorado to be with my husband who is from Colorado. I love living in Northwest Denver with my husband and two children. My family and I enjoy hiking, camping and all that Colorado offers.

About my practice

I specialize in minor trauma and work with the Primary Care department team to offer many same day appointments for more urgent injuries. I appreciate diversity and working with people of all ages and countries.

How I thrive

I believe all people need to be physically active to really thrive. I encourage everyone to find an activity they enjoy. I strive to go on a hike twice a week and feel this helps my mind and body immensely. When I'm not hiking I'm walking my dog or being "mom."
