About Me

Welcome to my Web page. We all want the best tools to keep us healthy, but when we do get sick, we want to know that the people providing our care really do care. I want to assure you I do.

Biography

I grew up in Torrance and lived there until I went to school at UC Irvine. I've lived in Orange County ever since, and have been with Kaiser Permanente since 1999. I joined soon after completing my residency training at UC Irvine Medical Center. I felt Kaiser Permanente's philosophy of preventive care and a focus on healthy living matched my own beliefs on how to best treat members. I'm married and have two children.

About my practice

I started off my career at Kaiser Permanente's Huntington Beach and Brea medical offices, and then moved to the new Foothill Ranch Medical Offices in 2013. My fellow physicians here are absolutely wonderful. When you come to see us, you don't have just one physician caring for you—you have a whole team of them.

How I thrive

I enjoy basketball and weight training. In high school, I ran cross-country—just don't ask me to run a 10K now. I try to stay balanced with a positive attitude and positive beliefs, but eating right and exercising doesn't hurt either. My wife reminds me of that every day.
