About Me

I am originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. My husband and I have moved around quite a bit before happily settling in Colorado. After graduating from the University of Michigan, I moved to Atlanta, Philadelphia, New York, Baltimore, Chicago and finally Denver! Most of these moves were due to work or school. This time, however, we actively chose Denver and Kaiser Permanente. We are very happy to be here and I am thrilled to be on the Kaiser Permanente team.

About my practice

I didn't choose family medicine as much as it chose me. I went into medicine to take care of people and found that family medicine is the area where I can do that most completely. I strongly believe that our health is due to many factors. I've considered it a privilege to be allowed into my patients' lives and try to work together with them to improve their health.

How I thrive

I place a high importance on work-life balance. For me, balance means spending time with my family and friends, cooking, reading and being physically active. I enjoy running, yoga, hiking and exploring Colorado's beautiful parks and mountainous surroundings.
