About Me

I was born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota. I moved west to attend the University of Wyoming on a cross-country and track scholarship competing as a Division I athlete. I have always loved science and medicine, and I combined that with my love of sports to become a primary care sports medicine physician after attending the University of Minnesota Medical School. I couldn't wait to move back west to Colorado to enjoy working and playing in this beautiful state.

About my practice

My practice consists of non-surgical orthopedics/musculoskeletal medicine and fracture care. My goal is to educate patients about their condition so they can take an active role in their healing. I enjoy helping patients return to their active lifestyles as soon as possible. I listen and seek to understand my patients’ questions and concerns, and can offer convenience by answering questions by email or phone.

How I thrive

I love spending time with my husband and our two children hiking, mountain biking, skiing and camping. I also love to run, Nordic ski and read.
