Biography

I'm originally from Florida but moved to Southern California for medical school and have never wanted to leave, since I love warm weather, the sun, and the beach. Mostly I love the diversity and culture that is so unique to this area.

About my practice

I am a trained and board certified family physician, but work mainly as an urgent care provider. Although I may only see you once or twice while you are here with Kaiser Permanente, I want to make each visit a positive experience. I try to incorporate healing with teaching, and even manage to learn from you along the way. I strongly believe in prevention as the best medicine and in working with you to help you feel your best.

How I thrive

I am always trying to be the best person I can be at this point in my life. I love to spend time with friends and family. I enjoy traveling and meeting new people and having new experiences. Eating healthy and exercising are top priorities for me, but I will not say no to the occasional hot fudge brownie sundae. Balance your life, have fun, and stay well.
