About Me
Welcome! I hope this page will help you get to know me.
Biography
I was born and raised in sunny Southern California. I moved away to Berkeley for college, attended graduate school in Washington, DC, and finally medical school in New York . I am grateful to be raising my family here in Los Angeles, one of the most diverse cities in the world.
About my practice
I value preventive care and a healthy lifestyle, and I am passionate about teaching members (and myself) how to eat healthier and find time for more regular exercise. For example, if you tell me you don't like vegetables, I will ask until I find some you do enjoy, or I may teach you ways to cook that may make the vegetables more appetizing. This is because I believe that no medication can replace the value of a healthy diet.
How I thrive
I enjoy morning walks in my neighborhood, traveling with my family, culinary explorations, and playing tennis with my kids for fun.
