About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I'm glad to have this opportunity to help you get to know me better.

Biography

I was born and raised in Vietnam. I came to the United States for my undergraduate and medical studies. After more than 10 years on the East Coast, completing my formal medical training, I married a Californian. Soon after, we moved to sunny Southern California, where exposure to snow and ice is a experience usually obtained with the purchase of a lift ticket, not a daily hassle in the winter! Since moving to California, I've been a member of the Department of Internal Medicine at Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Medical Center, where I work with outstanding and dedicated colleagues.

About my practice

I believe good health care begins long before—and continues long after—a visit to the doctor's office. As a physician, I focus not only on the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, but also on emphasizing prevention and healthy living. Although our knowledge of medicine and the tools available to us are better than ever, the quality of your contact with the physician remains a vital part of the process. I strive to learn more about my members' different needs and concerns, and to communicate with them effectively. The health of my members is the ultimate measure of my medical practice.

How I thrive

In addition to the satisfaction that comes from providing the best possible care for my members, my family is my source of joy. I love hiking, camping, skiing, and spending time with my kids and husband.
