About Me

Welcome to my Web page! I look forward to meeting you and working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I am a Filipino-American, born and raised in Minnesota. I chose a career in medicine because I wanted a job where I could connect with people and make a positive impact on their lives. My medical school training was at University of the Minnesota Twin Cities, where I found a love for Ob/Gyn. I did my residency in Ob/Gyn at the University of Washington.

About my practice

I feel strongly that medicine is a partnership between the physician and the member. I believe in medicine based on evidence and current research and that one of my largest roles as a physician is to know the most current evidence so I can guide you to the health decisions that best fit your goals. A large reason I chose to work at Kaiser Permanente is so I can focus on what matters: you, the member.

How I thrive

I stay well by maintaining balance in my life and staying positive. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and my amazing wife. I love to travel and explore. I love sports and will do just about anything active and outdoors. I’m passionate about music and going to shows and concerts. Life is about finding the things that make you love and laugh.
