About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page! I would describe myself as an Iranian American physician from Spain, who enjoys his profession and enjoys life.

Biography

I was born in Iran. Our family moved to Spain when I was a teenager, and I studied there for many years. I graduated from medical school in south of Spain (Málaga) in 1999 and started to work as a primary care physician. After living in Spain for 17 years, we decided to move to the U.S. with the rest of my family. I passed all the recertification exams and completed three years of internal medicine residency in New York. In 2008, I moved to Los Angeles and started to work with Kaiser Permanente.

About my practice

I believe that the patient should be an active participant in their own care. I will always listen to, educate, and inform my patients regarding their health concerns. I pride myself on being straightforward and sincere with my patients.

How I thrive

I like to spend time with my family, read a good book and whenever possible I go to the gym, or to play beach volleyball.
