About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am glad to have the opportunity to present my credentials to you and share other information about myself. It is very important that you feel comfortable with your ophthalmologist, and I hope this page will help you start to get to know me.

Biography

I was born in India and moved to the U.S. with my family at a very young age. I was raised and grew up in the Midwest with good, honest Midwestern values and work ethic. I knew from early on that I wanted to be a physician and that I wanted to be able to make a real difference in people's lives. Practicing medicine gives me that opportunity.

About my practice

Being a fellowship-trained cornea specialist, I concentrate on taking care of the anterior (front) part of the eye. I care for all general ophthalmology patients, as well as those with problems such as cataracts, corneal disease, pterygium, or dry eye.

How I thrive

Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I make it a priority to set aside time to relax, exercise and spend time with my family. When time permits, I also enjoy being outdoors, whether it be running, playing golf or tennis, or taking my kids to their different clinics and tournaments.
