About Me
I consider working in medicine to be a very rewarding experience. My passion for helping others began during junior high school when I spent time volunteering in Mexican orphanages. I am a native of southern California but later moved to southern Oregon. I graduated from Pacific University in Oregon with top honors and did my undergraduate work in Radiology. I joined Kaiser Permanente 2004 in Family practice and Urgent Care. I enjoy making positive differences in patients lives. I have also volunteered in community clinics serving the underserved. My twin boys keep me very active and on my toes.
About my practice
I enjoy seeing patient's of all ages and families. I am able to perform minor office procedures. I have a passion for educating my patients on preventative medicine and how small steps can make big positive life changes. I believe in a multidisplinary approach and customize my patients treatments to their individualized needs. I believe in keeping the patient informed and involved.
How I thrive
I appreciate the small things in life. I enjoy the memories and moments that I share with my family and friends. I love animals and relaxing with a good book. I enjoy taking walks, being in the outdoors, camping, step aerobics, and zumba. I believe spending time together as a family helps us to thrive together.
