About Me
I grew up in Littleton, Colorado, and attended the University of Colorado for both undergraduate and medical school. I completed my internship at Brown University in Providence and finished my residency in Internal Medicine at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, where I also served as chief resident. I stayed on as faculty in the residency program until joining Kaiser Permanente in 2012.
About my practice
My specialty is internal medicine and I enjoy its variety and breadth. My interests are evidence based medicine and prevention. I try to incorporate lifestyle changes into the management of illness. I believe diet, exercise, and mental wellbeing are keys to health. I want to help my patients improve all aspects of their lives.
How I thrive
My wife and I both grew up in Colorado and we enjoy hiking and cycling. My other hobbies include travel photography, gardening and running.
