About Me

Hello, and Welcome to my Web page. I am grateful to have this opportunity to introduce myself. I am a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. I have worked at Kaiser Permanente for several years. My office is located at the Norwalk Behavioral Health Clinic.

I moved to Southern California to attend medical school. While completing my residency, I married and decided to stay in Southern California. During my first year of medical school, I had the opportunity to attend a clinic course at Kaiser Permanente. I enjoyed working with the staff and treating the Kaiser Permanente members. At that time, I decided I would join the Kaiser Permanente team when I graduated. I continue to enjoy working here.

About my practice

I work with a team of mental health providers, including social workers, psychologist, nurses, and other psychiatrists. I am board certified in adult and child and adolescent psychiatry. My practice includes children, adolescents, and adult patients.

How I thrive

Maintaining balance in my life is important to me. I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, family and friends. I try to be a good example to my patients and son by exercising at least three times a week. I have my son participate in swimming and other sports, so that he can adopt a healthy lifestyle from a young age.
