Hello, my name is Kathleen. I am an internal medicine physician. I am fortunate to be working at Kaiser Permanente’s Baldwin Park Medical Center and serving the population in the area.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles County, attending college at UC Irvine, and went to medical school at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Following medical school, I moved back to California for my internal medicine residency at UC Riverside. As a first-generation Filipina American, I strive to be the best that I can be here in the United States. That, along with my strong desire to help others and be part of the medical field, sparked my interest in pursuing medicine.
It is an honor to be serving all the Kaiser Permanente members at the Baldwin Park Medical Center. Together as a team, we can make a positive impact on your health.
Maintaining balance in my life is important. Outside of the hospital, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I also make sure to lead a healthy lifestyle by eating healthy foods and exercising regularly, whether it be taking a hike with my dog, playing water sports, or shooting hoops on the basketball court. Traveling around the world is also a passion of mine. Learning about the world outside of medicine is fascinating!
