About Me

I consider it a privilege and an honor to work for Permanente Medicine. I graduated from University of Washington's MEDEX Physician Assistant program, specializing in cardiothoracic surgery. I began practicing at a private practice cardiothoracic group after training, but followed an exciting opportunity to work on Kaiser Permanente's world-class, top ranked cardiothoracic surgery program in 2011.

About my practice

After enjoying a clinical practice for nearly 10 years, I am now splitting my focus on clinical practice as well as providing consultant work with clinicians. I work a portion of my time as a physician assistant in cardiothoracic surgery and a portion of my time with  Northwest Permanente's Department of Continuing Medical Education and Professional Development.

How I thrive

When I am not providing clinical care or consultant services, you can find me spending time with my two children and wife. We find enjoyment in boating, fishing, and being in the outdoors, taking time to appreciate living in the great Pacific Northwest.
