This group for men and women will help you learn practical skills to develop self-confidence, improve communication skills, resolve conflicts, and promote positive personal and professional relationships. You will have the opportunity to practice techniques taught in class, share experiences, and work toward your goals. A program (Women's Empowerment Series: Assertiveness Training) just for women is also available. Pre-registration is required.
