About Me

I graduated from Dhaka Medical College in Dhaka, Bangladesh, which is the top medical school in the country. I came to the U.S. in 1991 and did my training and residency in New Jersey. I then moved to Atlanta and joined Kaiser Permanente in 2001. Since then, I have worked as a primary care physician in the Southwood Medical Center. I am married to my medical school classmate, who is a nephrologist, and we are blessed with two wonderful children. Since high school, my dream was to become a doctor, and not a single day goes by that I regret my decision of becoming one!

About my practice

I am board certified in internal medicine, and I see members who are 18 years old and above. With wonderful colleagues and a fantastic support staff, I am able to efficiently fulfill my role as a physician at Kaiser Permanente.

How I thrive

I take pleasure in cooking and entertaining friends and family. Traveling and shopping are also some of my favorite pastimes. Most of all, I enjoy the time I spend with my family.
