Acerca de este programa

Strength and Balance is 4-class program offered on a monthly cycle tailored to seniors who face challenging mobility issues. All classes require registration. Upon arrival at the medical center, please check-in with the receptionist. The receptionist will collect a $15 payment for the initial class and direct you to the location where the class is being held. Prior to the start of the class, you will be asked to sign a waiver and consent form. Call 1-800-777-7904 or speak with your provider to be registered for the program.
