Most people who get type 2 diabetes had prediabetes first. Learn to control prediabetes, or if you or your doctors think you are at risk, before it becomes type 2. No need to commute; the class is at your fingertips wherever it is convenient for you. No charge to members. Below is how you can register for online classes. You must have an active kp.org account. Sign up online for this class here: https://healthy.kaiserpermanente.org/maryland-virginia-washington-dc/secure/appointments Approximately 1-2 weeks before your class date, you will receive a secure message via email to confirm your registration and explain how you will log-in. Registering too close to the class date may not generate a message, so make sure that you register at least 1 week prior to your online class.
