Find your balance - fall prevention
Everyone may fall at some point in their life. For an older adult, a fall can be very serious and lead to a broken bone. Come to this class and learn if you are at risk of falling. We'll show you some ways to make your home safer and activities that can help you with balance and walking, for example, using a cane or walker, or starting an exercise program.
Your spouse or adult support person is welcome to attend this class with you. For more information on class dates and times, or to register for a class, please call one of the Physical Therapy departments.
