About Me

Welcome to my webpage. I am happy to introduce myself to you. I feel it is important to have a strong, collaborative relationship with my patients. Such a relationship start with us getting to know each other.

Biography

I have been living in California since the age of five, and thoroughly enjoy the sunny weather. I went to UC Irvine for my undergraduate education with the intention of going to law school but, instead, and I fell in love with human physiology and took a detour to medical school. I am so happy I did because it has allowed me to have a career that is truly fulfilling.

About my practice

I am board certified in internal medicine as well as in hospice and palliative medicine. I work in nursing homes where I have found my passion in helping patients get back to a healthier and more active state after a serious illness. I also work in the hospital, clinic, and in patients’ homes, supporting them and their families as their hospice physician as they enter the last phases of their lives. Both of these roles are very rewarding and I feel privileged to be able to do them.

How I thrive

In my spare time, I enjoy making my young children happy with family cooking time, soccer, reading and biking. My husband, children and I thoroughly take advantage of all Southern California has to offer.
