About Me
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. I earned my medical degree from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio and completed my residency at Riverside Hospital in Newport News, Virginia. I'm board certified in family practice and that is my specialty. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2004.
About my practice
My goal is to promote excellent health care to the entire family. I strive to get to know my patients and to understand what is important to them, whether it be their mental health or their physical health. I try to help guide them to their goals in a manner so that they are not spending extra time or money getting the care that they deserve.
How I thrive
I thrive by spending time with my wife and three young children. I try not to "sweat the small stuff." I enjoy cycling, mountain biking, and off-road motorcycling.
