About Me

I was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island. My father is a practicing psychiatrist who instilled an appreciation of medicine in me at an early age. I attended medical school at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, New York, and completed my residency and fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. I was honored to be recognized as a 5280 Magazine Top Doctor in 2019.

About my practice

I see adult patients with a wide array of pulmonary diseases. My favorite part of my job is meeting my patients and learning about their experiences. I believe in open communication and encourage my patients to contact me after the visit if they have any questions or concerns. It is important for me to take time to get to know my patients and tailor a treatment plan that works for them individually. My goal is to ensure my patients understand all aspects of the disease process and to answer any questions that my patients may have.

How I thrive

When I’m not taking care of patients, I enjoy spending time with my family, which consists of my husband, 2 children and a labradoodle. We love to explore all that Colorado has to offer and we have much more to explore. I always love learning more about this state from my patients!
