About Me

I am a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health. I completed my residency and internship at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2007, and following my medical training, joined Kaiser Permanente. I am board certified in internal medicine.

About my practice

I have an open, casual and honest approach to practicing medicine. My clinical interests include women’s health and palliative care. Mostly, I enjoy the variety of problems I see as a primary care doctor and the relationships I form with my patients over time. I believe that staying healthy is the most important thing for patients and so my practice is focused on emphasizing and encouraging patients to follow preventive medicine. I ask my patients to keep an open mind, especially if a quick fix is not identified right away. I believe there are many solutions to every health problem.

How I thrive

In my free time, I enjoy staying active by skiing, backpacking, cooking, gardening, biking, running, walking and yoga.
