About Me

I have covered a good bit of the United States, between growing up in Texas, spending several years in Western New York, various travels and finally moving with my family to the Northwest in 2000. We have decided that this is home. We love the beauty and the outdoor activities that the area has to offer. Aside from enjoying outdoor activities, I enjoy spending time with my family, dog, cooking and entertaining. I am happy to say that my job does not feel like work as I love spending time with and caring for our elderly. I am proud of the commitment Kaiser Permanente has made to provide quality care to our seniors and to be part of the KP CARES program through the geriatrics department.

About my practice

I work in the Geriatrics Long-Term Care Department. Our team provides care to the frail, elderly, medically complex patients in various community and rehabilitation settings. My primary responsibility is to provide primary care to the frail, elderly in Clark County through the KP CARES program. I feel caring for our frail elderly patients requires good communication on everyone's part and is one of the keys to the success of the KP CARES program.

How I thrive

I strive to thrive by taking long walks, relaxing with a good book, cooking and enjoying healthy meals with my spouse and spending quality time with family and friends.
