- Get a prescription: Call the pharmacy number on your prescription container OR by going to your local pharmacy.
- Make an appointment: Use the phone number on the back of your membership card or the phone number on kp.org/supportcenter.
- Contact a facility: Go to kp.org/locations (or click “Doctors & Locations”).
