About Me

I am bilingual at home and in the community. Diversity and inclusion is important to me and I am proud of the work I have done. I have over 19 years of experience, which includes work with foster care/adoption, schools, community centers, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations. I am here to help.

About my practice

Life can be challenging. For over 19 years I have been providing therapy services helping kids, adults, and families through tough issues and life adjustments. Helping children and adult survivors of abuse and trauma has been my heart for many years. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, or family issues—I am here with practical, evidence-based techniques and care to help you. I have worked with infants to geriatric care. I truly enjoy working with children under the age of 6 and have been trained in various evidenced-based treatments for this age range. Kaiser Permanente is truly a team approach, and your services will come from a team of caring professionals. We are here to help you identify goals and treatment for you to practice in your daily life. There are no cookie cutter people—I appreciate everyone’s uniqueness.

How I thrive

I do my best to partner with holistic services here at Kaiser Permanente. I enjoy all cultures, the arts, exercise, spirituality, and spending time with family and friends.
