About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to share some information about myself and my practice. It is very important that you feel comfortable with your personal physician, and I hope this page will help you start to get to know me.

Biography

I am a native Southern Californian and was even born at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Bellflower. I did my undergraduate studies at UCLA and then moved to New York for medical school. After graduation, I was thrilled to be back in California to do my residency training in family medicine at Kaiser Permanente in Fontana. I have since been practicing family medicine at the Rancho Cucamonga Medical Offices.

About my practice

I always keep in mind that one must be well in mind, body, and soul to be healthy overall. As a result, I spend time dealing with many psychosocial issues in addition to the physical concerns of my patients. I also spend a great deal of time and effort educating my patients on prevention by encouraging a healthy lifestyle. It is in preventive care where I feel I can make the biggest impact on increasing longevity and decreasing disease in my patients.

How I thrive

Balancing work with my personal life is the key to staying well. I try to have as much quality time with my family as possible. I also ensure that I stay fit physically by exercising on a regular basis. I enjoy participating in many sports such as tennis, basketball, running, cycling, and swimming. I also like spending time in the great outdoors doing things like hiking, camping, fishing, and skiing.
