About Me

I ‘m a Colorado native, who attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where I received my master’s degree in physician assistant studies. I’m certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, specializing in family practice with recognition in surgical procedures. I started practicing medicine in a private practice and decided to expand my opportunities and skills and joined Kaiser Permanente in 2008. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and family.

About my practice

I enjoy the variety and challenges that family practice provides me on a daily basis. I believe in an interactive approach with my patients to achieve the best possible outcomes. I enjoy seeing patients of all ages and specialize in preventative care in women's health and pediatrics.

How I thrive

I thrive by starting the day with a positive outlook and making each day the best it can be. I believe that preventative medicine is the key to the future to our changing model of health care.
