About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself. I’m an otolaryngologist, which means I diagnose and treat disorders of the head and neck, specifically ears, nose, and throat.

After going through my specialty training in New York, I moved to California. I have always wanted to be able to make a real difference in people’s lives and practicing medicine gives me that opportunity.

About my practice

I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy, but sometimes you can’t avoid needing medical attention. If that happens, I want to be your partner in health.

How I thrive

I firmly believe in Kaiser Permanente’s philosophy of staying healthy in mind, body, and spirit. I’m a vegetarian and eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables daily. I do try to perform yoga exercises and meditate daily. I enjoy hiking and taking camping trips to California’s lakes and mountains. I also make it a priority to set aside time to just relax or read a good book.
