About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and patients, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

A native of Southern California, I am proud to continue to serve the community I grew up in. I thoroughly enjoy the many activities that living in such great climate provides. I spend my free time with my family as much as possible. From coaching Little League sports, to swimming, golf, and the occasional "weekend warrior" basketball game, I love to spend quality time with my kids and wife. My wife and I are true "foodies" as well, and cannot wait to try the hottest new restaurants around town. I would not raise my family anywhere else.

About my practice

I have the privilege of working in a specialty that provides medical and surgical treatment for a wide scope of our patient population. From the young toddler who may develop flat feet, to the high-level athlete, to the elderly patient just needing simple care, our department has a "patient first" philosophy. We pride ourselves on treating each patient with the same care as we would members of our own families.

How I thrive

I believe in practicing what you preach. To thrive, I know I need balance in mind, body, and spirit. Walking briskly on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day or doing a full training workout is important in keeping me physically fit. Picking up the daily paper or resting in bed with a favorite novel helps me stay sound of mind. Lastly, staying active in my church keeps me spiritually grounded. I am a firm believer in living life with no regrets and cherishing every moment you can spend with family and friends.
