About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page. I am pleased to introduce myself and look forward to partnering with you for your health and wellness.

Biography

I grew up in San Diego and finished my undergraduate training at UCSD. While volunteering at UCSD I had some amazing Ob/Gyn experiences that convinced me to pursue a career in maternal-fetal medicine. I completed all my medical training in New York City. After 11 years there, my family and I were ready to come back home to San Diego, and I was so excited to join the perinatology team at Kaiser Permanente. I am married and have one daughter.

About my practice

As a maternal-fetal medicine physician, I care for members who have high risk pregnancies. I love the challenge that every day brings when working with complicated clinical issues. My goal is to work together with my members and colleagues to decide on a plan of care that achieves a healthy pregnancy for every mother and baby. I spend my time seeing obstetric members in the office, performing perinatal ultrasound, and delivering babies!

How I thrive

I stay balanced by spending time with my husband, daughter, and extended family. I love to watch my daughter grow and learn. It reminds me why I decided to be a maternal-fetal medicine physician, and I hope to allow my members the opportunity to watch their children thrive. I also enjoy hiking, swimming, and going to the movies.
