About Me

I am a third generation Coloradan, born and raised in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. I left to complete my undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, then returned home for completion of medical school at University of Colorado and residency at Denver Health. Working at Kaiser Permanente allows me to practice in an integrated system, centered on healing and comforting patients. When I am not caring for patients, my husband and I enjoy hiking, running, traveling and exploring our beautiful state.

About my practice

I chose emergency medicine to care for people in their time of need. Whether it is a worry keeping you awake at night, a painful condition, or a medical or mental health crisis, I am dedicated to you, your comfort and your health. I truly believe that the best care comes from working within a team and you are an integral member! I will listen to you and your family to formulate a care plan that best fits your goals and lifestyle. I am committed to providing excellent and efficient medical care, providing answers to your questions, calming your worries and pain, and working with the outstanding Kaiser Permanente team to treat your medical or mental health emergency. I want to be your advocate. Let’s work together as a team to treat your medical problems and maximize your health so you can enjoy the things you love.

How I thrive

I love to spend time in the outdoors, running, hiking and skiing. I also love to cook, especially Italian food and fresh pasta! My family and friends are an integral part of my life and I enjoy hosting dinner parties and friendly cooking competitions. I try to keep a positive attitude and enjoy each day. There are always new things to learn and new experiences. Life is a beautiful gift!
