About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you a little about my medical practice. I look forward to working with you to improve your health and prevent illness.

Biography

I grew up in Arizona and came to Southern California to earn my bachelor’s of science degree at Loyola Marymount University. Subsequently, my wife and I moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where I pursued my degree in medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. We liked it so much that we stayed there for four more years, and I completed my internship and residency in pediatrics and internal medicine. We are in our second decade of living in Southern California, and I’m very excited to live in such a great area with our two children. My son and I volunteer at a local free clinic every month. We feel lucky to be able to give back to the community and help others less fortunate. After practicing medicine for about 20 years, I feel very fortunate to be with Kaiser Permanente and impact peoples’ lives in many positive ways.

About my practice

I sincerely believe that living a healthy life and preventive care are the best way to stave off illnesses, but I am also always here to care for you when you are sick. I am here to be a partner in your medical care, and I am most effective when a patient takes an active role in managing his or her health.

How I thrive

In order to be a good caregiver for patients, I also need to work hard to thrive. Exercise is an important part of my life, and this includes running, cycling, hiking, and golfing. Spending quality time with my family is definitely very important, as well as hiking with my dogs and traveling.
