About Me

Welcome to my Web page. My affiliation with Kaiser Permanente began in 2003 when I rotated through the Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center as a general surgery resident. Those fond memories led me to seek a position with Kaiser Permanente after completion of my training. I am proud to be a part of the vascular surgery department and look forward to taking care of our members.

Biography

I was born in Michigan and grew up in Los Angeles where my entire family lives. My father was a great influence in my decision to pursue medicine. My undergraduate education was at the University of Southern California with subsequent medical education in Canada. I feel lucky to have chosen the specialty of vascular surgery, as it requires us to think many steps ahead in the management process.

About my practice

I am privileged to work with a superb group of vascular surgeons. My approach to vascular surgery involves the use of angiography and minimally invasive endovascular interventions when indicated, with open vascular surgery used when appropriate. My practice is broad including angiography with arterial and venous system interventions, endovascular and open aortic aneurysm repair, carotid disease, dialysis access, lower extremity bypass and other treatments.

How I thrive

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family and friends. My wife and I enjoy outdoor activities including hiking and playing tennis to stay fit. I also enjoy my work life and look forward to seeing my patients.
