About Me

Hi, and welcome to my Web page! I’m happy to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you and to tell you about my work as a family medicine physician. I’m very grateful to be able to work at Kaiser Permanente, and I am looking forward to caring for you!

Biography

I was born in Southern California and went to medical school at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Northern California. Afterwards, I came back down to Southern California to complete my residency in family medicine. I decided to become a physician because I wanted to help people and each day I’ve had the privilege of doing just that.

About my practice

I feel that taking care of your mind, body, and spirit is the best way to stay healthy. To do that, I practice preventive medicine. I encourage annual checkups, routine screening exams, healthy eating, and regular physical activity. I’m here to help you when you are sick and to provide you with high-quality care. I want to partner with you to help you live a long, healthy life!

How I thrive

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, biking at the beach, kick boxing, and cooking. I also like to try new recipes—if you have any to share, I’d love to hear!
