About Me

Since the age of 7 I have wanted to be a physician, and I view it as a calling and a privilege to help others. I attended Wheaton College for my undergraduate work, obtained my medical degree from Rush Medical College and completed family medicine residency at the University of Colorado. My wife and I are parents to a teenager.

About my practice

My philosophy of medicine is, "The healing art of medicine is best delivered through a continuous collaborative relationship between patient and doctor that involves mutual trust, compassion and knowledge." I see all ages, including children and babies. I work part-time in the medical office. My other role is in Clinical Informatics.

How I thrive

In my leisure time, I enjoy football, basketball, playing guitar, reading, spending time with my family and serving in my church. Being healthy for me is an important physical, emotional and spiritual pursuit.
