As a native Oregonian I have a deep love and commitment to the land and people of our region. I consider it a duty and privilege to serve the people of Oregon, helping to improve the quality of their lives and the lives of their families. It is an honor to work for an organization that promotes such innovation and excellence as Kaiser Permanente. I'm an avid outdoors person and strive to maintain a healthy and active life.
I have worked in the Mental Health field for over 30 years in a variety of settings with people of all ages. I believe in empowering individuals to manage their own lives and work to help our patients develop skills to live independently.
I enjoy mountain and road biking. I ski in the winter and hike and kayak in the summer. My golf game needs more work than I have time to dedicate to it, and I love the company of my friends, two adult children and their partners. I live in an old bungalow that keeps me busy with fun remodeling projects.
