About Me

Colorado has been home for most of my life, and I lived in the mountains and northern Colorado prior to moving to the Denver area. I worked for several years in Human Services, where I found myself drawn to the medical side of care. I eventually decided to go to medical school and chose to work for Colorado Permanente Medical Group after my residency at Saint Joseph Hospital because I saw how committed the physicians were to providing quality patient care.

About my practice

I practice in the hospital setting, where my colleagues and I take care of adult patients from admission to discharge. We coordinate with other specialists to provide the best care possible. We also ensure that your outpatient care team is updated about what happened during your hospital stay. I believe that one of the most important things I can do is take care of the patient as a whole rather than focusing solely on the illness. I listen to understand your questions and concerns, so we can make a treatment plan that meets your needs.

How I thrive

Living in Colorado provides so many opportunities to be active, and one of my favorites is hiking in the mountains. I also like to take advantage of the local activities that are offered in my community, especially the outdoor concerts and farmer’s markets in the summer.
