About Me

I am pleased to offer this site as a means to provide helpful medical information for my patients, as well as an opportunity for you to learn more about me. I hope that through this Web page I will be able to better serve you with the most up-to-date information, useful handouts, and helpful Web links.

Biography

I was born and raised in China. I completed a five-year undergraduate program, then went to Japan and got my PhD in cancer research at Kyoto University. I graduated from medical school at the University of Kansas and completed my residency training in internal medicine at Loma Linda University.

About my practice

I want to use my unique background of training in both Western and Eastern medicine as well as my fluency in both Chinese and Japanese to better serve my patients. I feel privileged to be able to help people and have them share with me their concerns and hopes about their health. I feel honored that my patients have entrusted me with their care, and I strive to treat them as I would my own family.

How I thrive

I love to travel, garden, antique shop, dance, and exercise. I also like to explore beautiful San Diego and to try different foods.
