About Me

I grew up outside of Salt Lake City. I am married and have 2 young children. I moved to Colorado after missing the beautiful mountains while attending physician assistant school in Kansas.

About my practice

The most rewarding part of my job is being able to help patients improve their sleep, quality of life, and their overall health. I chose to practice in sleep medicine because sleep is such an important part of every person’s life. We spend a large portion of our day sleeping. Sleep can influence many areas of health. Working with patients to improve their quality of sleep and overall health is infinitely rewarding. I try my best to treat every patient the same as I would treat a friend or family member. Everyone has a different background and different needs, but everyone deserves great care.

How I thrive

I thrive by maintaining a good work/life balance. Outside of work, you’ll typically find me spending time with my family. My family is very important to me. My hobbies include gardening, decorating, baking, and crafting. I am also actively involved in my church.
