After graduating from Princeton University, I completed medical school at the University of California, San Diego. I did my residency at Los Angeles County, USC medical center in Orthopaedics. I completed a Foot and Ankle fellowship at the Foundation for Athletic, Reconstruction and Research in Houston, Texas. I recently moved with my wife and daughters from San Diego where I was in private practice for 11 years. I was certified with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons in 2001 and recertified in 2010. I am an active fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society, having served on a number of committees.
My professional interests include arthroscopy, tendon and ligament reconstruction of the foot and ankle and the treatment and late reconstruction of foot and ankle trauma. I enjoy treating a large range of foot and ankle problems from sports injuries to arthritis.
I enjoy spending time with my family, working on computers, photography, skiing and SCUBA diving.
