About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page. I feel fortunate to work side by side with amazing colleagues and the great staff here at Kaiser Permanente Downey Medical Center.

Biography

I was born, raised and educated in Southern California. I studied biochemistry and cell biology at UC San Diego. After my internal medicine residency, I stayed at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center to pursue subspecialty training in pulmonary diseases and critical care medicine. I have been with Kaiser Permanente since completing that training.

About my practice

My practice concentrates on diagnosing and treating diseases of the chest and respiratory system. I also manage critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.

How I thrive

Being well-rounded is important to me. Spending time with my family, exercising regularly and pursuing interests such as music, art and philosophy help provide a needed balance in my life.
