I grew up in Kansas City and completed medical school at Kansas City University. I worked in Newport News, Virginia, for 3 years before moving to Denver. I became a family medicine physician to work with patients and their families throughout the course of their lives. I moved to Colorado for the outdoor activities, including hiking, biking and skiing.
My practice is focused on treating patients throughout the course of life, from birth to the end of their lives. I work with patients to stay healthy and maintain an active lifestyle to help prevent major medical illnesses and keep their independence. I work with my patients as a collaborative team. I look forward to seeing my patients and enjoy learning about them, as well as listening to understand their questions and concerns. I have a strong background in pediatrics and especially enjoy working with children. I work as a team with our specialists, pharmacists and others to coordinate my patients’ care.
I enjoy cooking, hiking, biking and skiing in my free time. I love water activities but find them a little more difficult to pursue in Colorado.
