About Me

I was born in Connecticut and raised in Vermont. I returned to Connecticut to attend graduate school at Yale University, and practiced for 20 years in New Haven. I met my significant other 28 years ago while he was playing football for the San Francisco 49ers. He wanted to move back to Hawaii. I am very grateful to my wonderful parents, who were supportive in every aspect of my life.

About my practice

I was drawn into my specialty by my love of sports. In high school I volunteered in the Physical Therapy Department at the hospital where I lived. I did my undergraduate work in physical therapy and athletic training. I found that I love working with athletes of all ages. I am a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants.

How I thrive

In my free time, I enjoy offshore sailboat racing. I have a USCG 100 Ton Master License.
