About Me

I moved to Colorado because I love outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and camping. I also love the people here. I have 2 dogs who are my babies and I raise puppies for the organization Guide Dogs for the Blind. I studied abroad in Spain to further my language studies so that I could work with Spanish speaking patients. It has been very rewarding being allowed to take part in the care of patients and being trusted with their health.

About my practice

I love primary care because I feel that we can care for the whole patient to ensure their overall health is being addressed. I am a direct communicator and love to keep things light. I am a generally energetic and upbeat person which comes across in my visits. I love working with all populations, I have a special interest in our Spanish speaking and LGBT populations. In my practice, I care for well pediatric patients and patients who are 18 years old and older. I like to help guide patients to the appropriate care plans that fits their life, culture, and goals. It is a team effort between me and the patient.

How I thrive

I love to run and typically try to be involved in the Colfax races either as a runner or a spectator, cheering folks on. As stated above I do love my 2 pups and love to take them hiking and backpacking/camping. I love yoga and meditation, which keep me centered and present.
