Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel privileged to work at Kaiser Permanente with wonderful colleagues and members, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
I was born in the Midwest and raised in Southern California. I have been a Kaiser Permanente member since I was 5 years old and saw the quality of care that Kaiser Permanente provided and felt that this would be a great place to practice medicine.
Medicine as a career is a very special opportunity to help people in a meaningful way Being a doctor allows people to share with me their fears, and hopes; it is a privilege to help members understand what concerns them, interpret what they may not understand, help get them the appropriate evaluations, and communicate with them and their families.
Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I balance my diet and try to exercise daily so that I take the same advice that I give to my members. Preventive medicine is crucial to staying healthy, and I believe with a balanced diet and the right amount of exercise one could feel healthy and improve their overall health.
